Objectives of the Role:

Provide world-class in-person customer service to our existing book of business. Utilizing the marketing tools provided by our agency, drive new business to TPG.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare client proposals, summary plan descriptions, and benefit guides.
• Answer questions from clients and/or employees regarding healthcare coverage or concerns.
• Assist client with census and open enrollment information.
• Facilitate open enrollments and client meetings.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive and accurate files and database.
• Quarterly visits to top 25 clients.

Requirement Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience of health insurance products.
• Group Health and Benefits Producer License (Required)
• Life Insurance License (Required)
• Strong organizational skills
• Great customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
• Bi-lingual Spanish, preferred.

Compensation

• $50,000 base plus Commission on New & Renewal Business
